James Noble completed his MA in French at Edinburgh University and his MBA at INSEAD in France in 1980. He worked for Kleinwort Benson for 4 years in corporate finance before being appointed head of CS First Boston’s investment banking group in Tokyo from 1985 to 1990. As a Managing Director of CS First Boston until the end of 1996, he was then responsible for the worldwide new business development of its investment management operations. He established Mazepoint in 1998 after completing his post-graduate studies in Computer Science at Imperial College in London.
